At Premiata, we strive for perfection in every detail, but if your purchase is not quite right, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure the pre-printed return label is securely attached to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient collection time or drop off the parcel at any authorized service point near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
